Biography

Jamal Alsawalhi, a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Khalifa University since 2015, briefly served in the U.A.E. army from 2016 to 2017. His research focus lies in electric machines analysis and design, wireless power transfer systems, and evolutionary optimization design methods, all with a specific application to Transportation Electrification.
